Order Processing: We strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order. Most orders are processed within 2 days on average. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Method: We exclusively use The Courier Guy as our preferred courier service provider for all shipments. The Courier Guy is a reliable and trusted courier company known for its efficient delivery services.

Shipping Rates: The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping options may be available for faster delivery in 1-3 days. Johannesburg and Pretoria expedited shipping is generally same day delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimate the delivery date.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Our shipping services are limited to addresses within South Africa.

We will work with The Courier Guy to resolve the issue and ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly and in good condition.
